In regards to her education, Dr. Rashid earned her Medical Degree from Gandhi Medical School in 1980. She went on to complete an internship at Mountainside Hospital in 1988, a residency at the same venue in 1990, and a fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1995.
