He remained at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he conducted both his general surgery internship (1997-1998) and otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residency (1998-2002).
Dr. Goldberg attained board certification in otolaryngology from the American Board of Otolaryngology-head and Neck Surgery.
