Dr. Eisenberg is also an expert in general urology, treating conditions such as benign prostatic hyperplasia, kidney stone disease, urinary problems, low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, and blood in the urine.
Back in the early days of his academic career, he graduated as a Regents Scholar from the University of California, Berkeley, and attended the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, where he earned his medical degree and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
Subsequently, Dr. Eisenberg completed his internship in general surgery at the University of Southern California/Los Angeles County Medical Center. He completed his residency in urology at the USC Institute of Urology, and completed a 2-year Society of Urologic Oncologist accredited fellowship in urologic oncology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Following his training, the doctor attained board certification in urology and urologic oncology through the American Board of Urology (ABU). The mission of the ABU is to act for the benefit of the public by establishing and maintaining standards of certification for urologists, and working with certified urologists to achieve lifelong learning to ensure the delivery of high quality, safe, and ethical urologic care.
