Additionally, in order to stay up to date on all medical advancements in his field, he maintains a professional membership with the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, the Michigan State Medical Society, and the Midland County Medical Society. Dr. Young is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery, is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and inductee of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
