As the Owner of Kamali OBGYN in Chula Vista, California, he and his staff offer a compassionate, supportive, and professional environment that provides each patient with a personal approach to their health care. They offer patients the latest advances in the rapidly evolving field of minimally invasive gynecological surgery in combination with evidence-based, safe obstetrics and gynecological care.

Among his other positions, he is the Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center, and maintains privileges in Paradise Valley Hospital.
With special interests in minimally invasive gynecological surgery and specially trained in da Vinci robotic surgery, his areas of focus include adolescent gynecology, amniocentesis, artificial insemination, bloodless medicine, bradley method, breast disease, colposcopy, endometriosis, fertility – female, high-risk pregnancy, implantable birth control, incontinence, intrauterine device (IUD), laparoscopic surgery, menopause, osteoporosis, postpartum depression, premenstrual syndrome, and vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC).
A 2001 graduate of Ross University School of Medicine, Dr. Kamali went on to perform his internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Staten Island University Hospital.
A Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG), he is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). The mission of the ABOG is to define standards, certify obstetricians and gynecologists, and facilitate continuous learning to advance knowledge, practice, and professionalism in women’s health.
