Get to know Internist Dr. Felipe Del Valle, who serves patients in Miami, Florida.

A competent internist, Dr. Del Valle welcomes patients at his private practice in Miami, Florida. He can also be found on staff at Baptist Hospital of Miami and South Miami Hospital.

In regards to his educational background, he earned his medical degree from the Universidad Central Del Este Facultad de Medicina in the Dominican Republic in 1984. Upon relocating to the United States, he completed his residencies in pediatrics and internal medicine at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in 1986 and 1989, respectively.

Distinguished as a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP), the doctor is board-certified in internal medicine and geriatric medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Professionally, Dr. Del Valle is an active member of the American Medical Association, and the American Geriatric Society.
