Physiatrist Dr. Alekseyev holds the role of Medical Director of PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Dover in Delaware. Dr. Alekseyev also currently runs an outpatient Concussion/TBI Clinic that performs IMPACT Testing as well as all aspects of taking care of patients post concussion/TBI from therapy, treatment, education, and working to get the patients back to their prior level of function and being symptom free.
PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Dover is the only freestanding medical rehabilitation hospital in Dover. It provides comprehensive care for patients who have medical issues including stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, neurological disease, or orthopedic conditions. The mission of the hospital is to provide high quality patient care and outstanding customer service, coupled with loyal, dedicated, and highly trained staff, to be the most trusted source for post-acute services in every community it serves.
Since 2019, Dr. Alekseyev has been serving as the team physician for the professional hockey team, Delaware Thunder. He performs every aspect of medical care for the team.
With an unwavering commitment to his speciality, he remains a member of several professional organizations, including the New York Society of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, the Delaware Medical Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Dover-Capital City Rotary Club, and the Medical Society of Delaware.
After earning his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from St. Joseph’s College in 2009, Dr. Alekseyev went on to obtain his medical degree from the American University of Antigua in the Caribbean in 2014. Upon graduation, he completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. While at Kingsbrook, he organized a symposium on concussions, featuring leading medical professionals in the field and retired NFL players.
