Dr. Hamilton is a caring and compassionate pediatrician who offers primary care services for kids of all ages, from little ones to teens. He practices at Mary Mahoney Memorial Health Center in Spencer, Oklahoma. 

Community Health Centers is a federally qualified health center in central Oklahoma that provides primary health care and other health-related services on a sliding scale income basis. Its primary facility, the Mary Mahoney Memorial Health Center, is located in eastern Oklahoma County. Additional sites serve infants, children, families and the homeless in rural Oklahoma with a mission “to provide comprehensive, accessible, and affordable health care of the highest quality.”

A 1974 graduate of Howard University College of Medicine, Dr. Hamilton went on to perform his residency in pediatrics at District of Columbia General Hospital in 1974 and his internship at the University of Connecticut in 1976. This was followed by residencies in pediatrics at the University of Connecticut and Southside Medical Center in 1979 and 1984, respectively. 

With years of experience in the medical field, he is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). The mission of the ABP is to advance child health by certifying pediatricians who meet standards of excellence and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Pediatrics is the branch of medicine that involves the medical care of infants, children, and adolescents. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends people be under pediatric care up to the age of 21. Pediatricians provide medical care to people ranging in age from newborns to young adults.
