How painful is all on 4 dental implants?
Hello, It really all depends. Do you still have teeth that need to be extracted? What I hear from my patients is that getting the implants is much easier than getting the teeth pulled. But in most cases, if you get the teeth extracted and dental implants placed the same day, my patients tell me the first couple of days are the toughest after that you are just sore and may be swollen for about a week. Most of the time the pain is managed pretty well with pain medication. But during the procedure, you do not feel anything at all because you will be completely numb.
