Dr. Glusman is a seasoned physician with a history of experience in clinical neurology and neurophysiology. Since May of 2003, he has held the position of Owner at Sun City Neurology, P.A., located in El Paso, Texas. He has also been a Staff Neurologist at the El Paso VA.
With particular interests in the fields of neuro-imaging and traumatic brain injury, his clinical focus extends to encompass areas such as behavioral neurology and dementias, as well as movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, migraine, and stroke. These specialized areas of study and practice underscore his dedication to understanding and addressing various aspects of neurological health and well-being.
Pursuing his medical training and specialized education at various esteemed institutions, Dr. Glusman earned his Medical Degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, Bronx, N.Y. in 1988. He then went on to perform his internship in internal medicine at Oregon Health & Science University from 1988 to 1989, followed by his residency in neurology at the same institution from 1989 to 1992.
From 1999 to 2000, Dr. Glusman continued to expand his expertise through a post-doctoral fellowship in cerebrovascular disease at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine/ Kaleida Health. . Subsequently, he pursued a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center from 2000 to 2001.
Actively engaged in several professional associations, Dr. Glusman is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the Texas Neurological Society, and the National Ice Cream Retailers Association.
