The doctor’s acclaimed career in medicine began after he earned his medical degree from Eastern Central University in the Dominican Republic. Thereafter, he went on to complete his residency in Internal Medicine at the The Universidad Central del Caribe in Puerto Rico before embarking on his long journey as a healthcare professional.
