Educated in the United States, Dr. Fanney graduated with his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 1985. He then went on to perform his residency in diagnostic radiology at Jackson Memorial Hospital, and his fellowship within the Body Imaging Division of the Department of Radiology at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.
