Growing up in New Hampshire, Dr. Williams earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Hampshire in 2000 and went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry Degree with honors from the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in 2009. His academic excellence led to his election into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Epsilon Honor Society for outstanding achievement.
Dr. Williams further honed his skills through a five-year residency program in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University Hospitals of Cleveland and the Cleveland Clinic, where he served as chief resident. Following this, he completed a Medical Degree and a year of general surgery, gaining invaluable experience in various specialties. To elevate his training to the highest level, Dr. Williams pursued a year-long head and neck oncologic surgery fellowship at the University of Tennessee Medical Center under the mentorship of Dr. Eric Carlson.
As a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (ACOMS), and the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (IAOMS), Dr. Williams is also a published author, having contributed to three textbook chapters on oral cancer and reconstruction surgical treatment.
