With a broad educational medical background, Dr. Lin-Hurtubise graduated from Creighton University School of Medicine- Omaha, NE in 1991 and pursued general surgery internship plus residency respectively at the University of Connecticut Health Center- John Dempsey Hospital (Farmington) & Hartford Hospital and Providence Hospital & Medical Centers- Southfield, MI completed in 1996, followed by a research fellowship (Lynch Syndrome) at Creighton University Medical Center and attending-staff work experience at Doctor’s Regional Medical Center in SE Missouri, concluding with an additional year of postgraduate clinical training in surgical oncology at the University of Missouri-Columbia/Ellis Fischel Cancer Center in 2000.
