    Any one with a nervous system, including animals benefit from chiropractic. Chiro is about the nervous system and function! As the twig is bent so grows the tree so yes take your children!! They don't need as much as an adult but I see most of my young patients every couple of months unless they are in sports as school then more often during season. Good for the entire family and fido!!     Not really, there are some aggressive techniques. When you are out of alignment there will be some soreness at first while your muscles, tendons and ligaments get reorganized also sort to speak.     YES, please go to a professional and stop adjusting your own neck. I have had many patients end up seeing me because of the damage they have done to their own necks.
