He completed both his general surgery and cardiothoracic surgical training at the State University of New York/Kings County Hospital Program. This included an additional year of designated specialized thoracic surgical training at the same educational venue.
With an unwavering commitment to his profession, Dr. Williams is board-certified in thoracic and cardiac surgery by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery, an American surgical organization devoted to surgery of the chest. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
