Serving with compassion and respect, Dr. Neyman seeks to provide the highest level of health care to women of all ages, and at every stage of life, from teenage through senior years. She offers state-of-the-art technologies and treatments in a warm, welcoming boutique setting. Her gynecology-only practice allows her to focus more on her patients without the unpredictable schedule challenges of an obstetrician. She greets each patient with a hug, and her genuine interest in helping her patients achieve their best life shines through in every visit.
In addition to hysterectomies, Dr. Neyman uses da Vinci technology to treat polycystic ovary syndrome, uterine fibroids, and pelvic prolapse. She also has a special interest in menopausal medicine. She works closely with her nurse practitioner, Brittaney Swift, to counsel patients regarding all options for treatment of menopausal concerns, including bioidentical hormones.
She provides the latest in treatment for painful intercourse and feminine issues, including the Mona Lisa Touch laser treatment that helps restore normal function to the vaginal tissues. She has performed over 600 MLT treatments and sees women from all over Texas for consultations. This therapy is especially important for women who cannot consider hormones for treatment of vaginal discomfort, such as breast cancer survivors.
Patients’ comfort and need for effective solutions to health issues are among Dr. Neyman’s primary concerns. In addition to state-of-the-art surgeries, she offers a complete range of comprehensive gynecological services at her Austin office, including wellness exams, cancer screenings, blood tests, and in-house lab reports.

Obstetrics and Gynecology is the medical specialty that encompasses the two subspecialties of obstetrics and gynecology. An obstetrician-gynecologist, or OB-GYN, is a healthcare professional who specializes in female reproductive health.
When not caring for women, Dr. Neyman shares her passion for animals with the Austin community, rescuing rabbits as part of the House Rabbit Resource Network. She currently has 6 adorable, spoiled bunnies (BonBon, Kona, Kali, Marti, JR and Meghan – who were all abandoned Easter pets) and an engineer husband, Jim, who helps wrangle them when it is time to go to bed.
On a more personal note, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, native Texas gardening, and catching up on TV. She is an avid reader and spends way too much time surfing the internet.
