A 1984 graduate of the University of Bologna – Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, Dr. Ruda relocated to the United States to further his education. Once there, he served his residency in pediatrics at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey.
Following his education, he became board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics, which is primarily accountable to children, from infants to young adults, and their families as it guides professional self-regulation and certifies pediatricians.
