Back in the early days of his academic career, Dr. Pinches III graduated with his medical degree from the Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. He then went on to complete his internship and residency at the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.

Distinguished as a Diplomate of the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, he is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOOG), and a member of the American Osteopathic Association.
