The Founder of Shea Dental, Dr. Siegel is an experienced dentist who has been providing dental care for families in Scottsdale, Arizona for over three decades. He works alongside Dr. Roya Asin, DMD, offering a wide range of dental services for all ages and addressing all types of dental problems.

They lead a team of highly trained dental hygienists and assistants in performing procedures, such as laser therapy for gum disease, dental implantations, extractions, and a broad range of preventative periodontal care treatments. 

Having been caring for the oral health of patients in Scottsdale and the nearby towns since 1988, Shea Dental has since become an institution in the area known for providing patients with a high level of care, modern dental treatments, and a warm and friendly welcome, from the front desk to the dentist’s chair. Dental services range from general dentistry to specialized cosmetic treatments like dental bridges, Invisalign, and Kör Teeth Whitening. 

After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Oakland University in 1982, Dr. Siegel went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 1987.

Committed to continuing education and utilizing the most current and proven procedures, he developed a special interest in laser and cosmetic dentistry and is certified to offer invisalign to his patients.

In addition, he is an active member of the American Association of Gnathologic Orthopedics, which is dedicated to advancing the Crozat method of orthodontics, which aims to bring out the full potential of jaw growth and make room for all the teeth.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries, create beautiful smiles, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.

Dr. Siegel has been married to his wife, Nancy, since 1991. They have two wonderful children.  He can often be found on the hiking trails throughout Arizona on the weekends with Nancy and his dogs. He also enjoys the outdoors and photography of the beautiful hills in the valley. 

An avid animal lover, Dr. Siegel loves taking his dogs on long hikes and camping trips.  He is a great believer in DIY and loves to do the carpentry and building projects. His greatest pleasure is to spend time with his family.

On a more personal note, he speaks both English and Spanish.
