In regards to his academic and leadership appointments, Dr. Webster serves as Vice Chief of Surgery at HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, and as Vice Chief of Surgery at Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, Arizona. Prior to his current endeavours, he practiced at Phoenix Urological Surgeons, PC from 2004 until 2015.

After earning his undergraduate degrees from Oakwood College and California State University, Dominguez Hills, he went on to earn his Medical Degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California in 1998. Upon graduation, he completed his residencies in urology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and Barnes-Jewish Medical Center in 1999 and 2003, respectively. 

Thereafter, the doctor became board-certified in urology by the American Board of Urology (ABU). The mission of the ABU is to act for the benefit of the public by establishing and maintaining standards of certification for urologists, as well as by working with certified urologists to achieve lifelong learning to ensure the delivery of high quality, safe, and ethical urologic care. Additionally, Dr. Webster earned membership with the American Urological Association, a professional association in the United States for urology professionals.

Urology, also known as genitourinary surgery, is the branch of medicine that focuses on surgical and medical diseases of the male and female urinary-tract system and the male reproductive organs. Urologists specialize in diseases of the urinary tract and the male reproductive system. Patients may be referred to a urologist if their physician suspects they may need treatment for a condition relating to the bladder, urethra, ureters, kidneys, and adrenal glands.
