Dr. Joshua Carr is a Chiropractic Physician & the Clinical Director of Coral Canyon Joint & Spine Health in Hurricane Utah. The clinic represents a new era in Joint & Spine treatment wherein the best of Conservative Pain Medicine, Physical Rehab, Regenerative Medicine, Chiropractic Treatment, Massage Therapy, & Nutritional Counseling are all combined to provide patients with a team of providers that act as their Primary Joint & Spine Provider. Dr. Carr is a graduate of the San Diego Spine Institute's Whiplash & Brain Traumatology program. He has also been hit head on while on the freeway by a drunk driver & understands the pain of recovering from an injury & as such is an ideal provider to guide patients through the recovery process after a motor vehicle accident. His early training in Sports Injury & Rehab at Palmer College's physical rehab department gives him added experience in treating sports injuries or any injuries to the extremity joints of the body. The clinic is an icon of the Southern Utah area as it's been serving & treating patients in the Hurricane Valley, St. George, & surrounding area for 20 years and has won multiple awards in the process. The clinic's motto is "We are how we move" so they treat anybody that wants to get out of pain in order to return to the activities of their life whether it be playing with grandkids, pickleball, or high level sports.

His commitment to physical rehabilitation is evident through his certification in the renowned Graston Technique, a powerful soft tissue mobilization method favored by elite athletes across various sporting disciplines.

Dr. Carr’s accomplishments stand out in the field of chiropractic care as he is certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (A.B.I.M.E.) and a graduate of the San Diego Spine Research Institute’s Whiplash and Brain Traumatology program. Prior to establishing Coral Canyon Joint & Spine Health, he honed his skills as an Associate Physician in Las Vegas under the guidance of Dr. Ian Yamane, a distinguished member of the Chiropractic Physicians Board of Nevada and Director of a top Personal Injury Clinic in the state.
