With an emphasis on orofacial pain and sleep medicine, Dr. Sofferman has been helping his patients smile since 1982. At Smile Dental Center in Shelton, Connecticut, he and his team of dental professionals work together to provide a warm, comfortable, and relaxing environment where patients’ comfort and satisfaction are top priorities.

Aside from tending to patients’ dental needs at his private practice, Dr. Sofferman serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, New Jersey. He also contributes his time to multiple charities and fundraisers, including Toys for Tots, the Women of Domestic Violence, Area Congregation Together/Spooner House Shelter Food Drive, and the Oxford Little League.
