Dr. Pisciotta earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, Virginia. Thus, he maintains memberships with many prestigious professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, and the Northern Virginia Dental Society.

Dr. Pisciotta is a life-long resident of the Springfield community. He has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 31 years and has two children who live locally. Dr. Pisciotta is an avid sports fan, cheering for the Capitols, the Nationals, and especially the Redskins.
