Psychologist Dr. Wiechmann is currently serving Fort Worth and the surrounding communities. She is affiliated with UNT Health Science Center – one of the nation’s premier graduate academic medical centers, with six schools that specialize in patient-centered education, research and health care.

Dr. Wiechmann earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine at the University of North Texas. She went on to complete an internship at the Central Texas Veterans Administration. 

In order to stay up to date in her field, Dr. Wiechmann maintains professional memberships with the American Psychological Association, the National Academy of Neuropsychology, the Alzheimer’s Association, and the Fort Worth Area Psychological Association. The National Academy of Neuropsychology is a non-profit professional membership association for experts in the assessment and treatment of brain injuries and disorders.
