Dr. Shawn Stranckmeyer served in the United States Marine Corps and went on to earn a bachelor degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He earned his medical degree from University of Medicine and Health Sciences – St. Kitts and completed his family medicine residency in Springfield, MO with Cox Health. He joined Elite Pain Management as a physician in June 2017, adding on leadership duties as Medical Director in March 2018. Dr. Stranckmeyer specializes in pain management and addiction medicine and travels between clinics seeing patients and training staff on best practices. Dr. Stranckmeyer is also involved with the strategic planning and growth of organization as they continue to open more clinics around the country.
