Dr. Christina Kushnir is a a double board certified in gynecologic oncology and obstetrics and gynecology. She completed her fellowship training at John's Hopkins Hospital in 2014, her masters in public health at the Bloomberg school of public health at the john's hopkins university in 2012, her residency training at University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2011, her medical degree at St. George's University in 2007, and her bachelors of science at the University of Southern California in 2000.
Dr. Kushnir specializes in cancer of the vulva, vagina, cervix, uterus, fallopian tubes, ovary, and peritoneum. Additionally, she cares for women with precancers of the gynecologic organs, fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, abnormal uterine bleeding, ovarian masses, and pelvic pain.

A board-certified gynecologic oncologist and obstetrician, Dr. Kushnir is affiliated with Women’s Health Associates of Southern Nevada (WHASN), seeing patients at WHASN Central, and WHASN Northwest. She brings with her nine years of expertise in gynecologic oncology, specializing in a wide range of services including minimally invasive surgery for endometriosis, treatment for chronic pelvic pain, surgical treatment for infertility, and management of precancers and disorders of the reproductive system.
Throughout her academic career, she completed her fellowship at Johns Hopkins Medical Institution in 2014, earned her Master's in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, Bloomberg Schools of Public Health in 2012, and underwent residency training at the University of Nevada, Reno in Las Vegas in 2011. She obtained her medical degree from St. George's University in 2007 and her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California in 2000.
Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Kushnir is passionate about education and serves as an assistant professor at UNLV School of Medicine and Touro University. She also plays a significant role as clinical faculty for various prestigious institutions, including Ethicon Surgery, Intuitive Surgical, and ConMed. Her leadership extends to chairing gynecology at The Valley Medical Center and heading the Robotic Steering Committee at the same institution.
