Board-certified cardiologist, Dr. Jamnadas has over 28 years of experience and is the Founder and Medical Director of Cardiovascular Interventions in Orlando, Florida. Cardiovascular Interventions’ team of cardiologists, physician’s assistants, nurses, and office staff strive to serve their patients with care and compassion daily. The 12,000 sq. ft. facility houses a variety of advanced state-of-the-art technology and equipment that aid in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac and peripheral vascular conditions. The entire team, under the direction of Dr. Jamnadas, assists in developing and delivering the most comprehensive cardiac treatments available in Central Florida.
Widely recognized for his skill in interventional cardiology, Dr. Jamnadas has been awarded Orlando Top Doctor by Orlando Magazine consecutively for over a decade. He is on staff at Florida Hospital Orlando, where he also teaches residents in the hospital’s teaching programs. Furthermore, he is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Florida State University and at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine.
Educated in England, he earned his medical degree at the University of London College Medical School with internships in London and Kent. After relocation to the United States he completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Maryland and his fellowship in cardiology at Yale University. He also completed a fellowship in interventional cardiology at St. Luke’s Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Following his education, Dr. Jamnadas became board-certified in nuclear cardiology and laser surgery, as well as earned fellowship status with the American College of Cardiology. He has earned board certification in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
