Dr. Kassabian has over 30 years of experience and has seen dental trends come and go. His experience in all aspects of dentistry has enabled him to choose only those techniques that have been clinically proven to work best. Dr. Kassabian grew up in New Jersey and moved to Texas in 1994. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1981.
Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. As a general dentist, Dr. Kassabian diagnoses, treats, and manages patients’ overall oral health care needs, including gum care, root canals, fillings, crowns, veneers, bridges, and preventive education. He genuinely cares about each of his patients, from age 3 to 93. Moreover, his emphasis on patient comfort, as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry, enable him to provide his patients with the highest quality of care possible.
Dr. Kassabian has enjoyed being able to provide his services to various organizations in Austin, including HAAM and Safeplace. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Kassabian and his wife, Meredith, have been married for 27 years. They have three children, Chris, Cole, and Katie, all of whom grew up in Austin and attended Barton Creek Elementary, Westridge, and Westlake High School. They participated in little league baseball, football, band, choir, robotics club, and orchestra, along with NCL, boy scouts, and girl scouts brownies. In his spare time, Dr. Kassabian enjoys watching Aggie football. He also plays and builds custom guitars.
