He completed his residency and Chief Residency in internal medicine and his fellowship in cardiology at Boston University Medical Center.
Recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), the doctor is board-certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). In his professional experience, Dr. Solarz is an active member of the American Society of Echocardiography, and the American Heart Association. He has written for Cardiosmart.org and Lifelong Learning for the American College of Cardiology, and has worked at the national level to reduce conflict of interest in national meetings. He also participated in the care of the New York Rangers hockey team.
