With years of experience in his field, Dr. Jackson is a board-certified child & adolescent psychiatrist who serves patients at his private practice in Natick, Massachusetts. He is also affiliated with MetroWest Medical Center – Leonard Morse Hospital.

A 1971 graduate of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Dr. Jackson went on to complete his internship at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. This was followed by a residency in psychiatry at the Massachusetts Mental Health Center in 1974 and a fellowship in child & adolescent psychiatry at Tufts Medical Center in 1978. 

A Delegate of the New England Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the doctor is board-certified in psychiatry and child psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to promoting high quality patient care for the public through the initial and continuing certification of psychiatrists and neurologists.

Child and adolescent psychiatry, also known as pediatric psychiatry, is a branch of psychiatry that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental disorders in children, adolescents, and their families.
