As a pivotal member of Nephrology Associates, P.A., based in Newark since 2019, Dr. Burke focuses on transplantation, organ allocation and equity, chronic kidney disease in non-kidney solid organ transplant, glomerulonephritis, and hypertension. A distinguished academic background sets Dr. Burke apart, with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Delaware. His residency in internal medicine at ChristianaCare, along with fellowships in nephrology and transplant nephrology at Thomas Jefferson University Health System, have equipped him with a broad skill set to address complex medical challenges.

Dr. Burke’s professional journey includes serving as an academic hospitalist with ChristianaCare Hospitalist Partners and as a clinical instructor in the Division of Nephrology at Thomas Jefferson University Health System.
