Get to know Obstetrician-Gynecologist Dr. Thomas O. Russo, who serves patients in Parsippany, New Jersey.

As a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, Dr. Russo thoroughly enjoys bringing little lives into the world. He began private practice at Valley OB/GYN Associates in Parsippany, New Jersey in 1991 & holds a hospital appointment with The Valley Hospital.

A long time resident of Wyckoff, Dr. Russo completed his undergraduate degree at City University of New York and his medical degree at New York Medical College. This was followed by a residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

A Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) and a member of the American Medical Association, the doctor is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). The ABOG is a non-profit organization that provides board certification for practicing obstetricians and gynecologists in the United States and Canada.

Obstetrics and Gynecology is the medical specialty that encompasses the two subspecialties of obstetrics and gynecology. An obstetrician-gynecologist, or OB-GYN, is a healthcare professional who specializes in female reproductive health.

When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.
