104 S FREYA ST STE 214A SPOKANE WA, 99202About
I have been in private practice since 2007. I currently see clients in person at my office in Spokane, WA; however, the use of telehealth has allowed me to work with clients throughout Washington State.
I am a general practitioner, and work with a variety of presenting problems and clinical issues; however, my areas of specialty include:
- empirically supported techniques for treating anxiety disorders (i.e., exposure-based),
- couples counseling (e.g., intentional dating, promoting differentiation, intimacy),
- moderation techniques for substance use issues (as appropriate),
- behavioral modification to support improved functioning for ADHD
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as related strategies that are scientifically proven (e.g., Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), etc.).
