Throughout his academic career, Dr. Siegel graduated with his Medical Degree from the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University. He subsequently completed his residency in internal medicine at Veterans Affairs Medical Center and his fellowship in gastroenterology at US Public Health Services.

Striving for clinical excellence, the doctor is board certified in gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
