A highly skilled and personable plastic surgeon, Dr. Voci works with patients at his private practice – Voci Plastic Surgery – in Charlotte, North Carolina. He feels it is his honor and privilege to help patients look and feel their best through an array of procedures for the face, body, skin, and breast. 

As a trendsetter, he was the first to offer medical spa and skin care services in Charlotte and opened the very first medical spa in North Carolina. He was the very first doctor to use Botox for cosmetic purposes and the first to perform Laser Skin Resurfacing in Charlotte. He also performed the first cleft lip and palate surgery, the first breast cancer reconstruction, cosmetic breast surgery, and facelift in Gaston County, micro-vascular muscle and skin transplants and the first toe to thumb transplant in the area. Furthermore, he was the first microvascular plastic surgeon in the Charlotte area and performed the first microvascular scalp replantation in the region.

For the last 18 years, Dr.Voci has limited his practice to state-of-the-art cosmetic surgery and minimally and non-invasive procedures of the face, breast, and body, and the most advanced skin care. He is continuously adding to his repertoire to meet all patients’ needs, making him one of the best cosmetic plastic surgeons in Charlotte. His colleagues regularly refer facial cosmetic cases to him.

Educated in the United States, he graduated cum laude from both the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and University of Louisville School of Medicine, where he was also elected to the AOA Honor Society. He then went on to complete a 5 year internship and residency in general surgery at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, where he was Chief Resident and received an Outstanding Resident Award.

Following that, Dr. Voci served on the University of Washington Faculty in General Surgery while waiting for a valued competitive spot at Duke University School of Medicine for his residency in plastic surgery, where he also was Chief Resident. During that time, he also went on to a highly-regarded fellowship in hand surgery at the University of Louisville under the world-renowned hand surgeons, Dr. Harold Kleinert and Dr. Joseph Kutz.

With an unwavering commitment to his specialty, the doctor is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). The mission of the ABPS is to promote safe, ethical, efficacious plastic surgery to the public by maintaining high standards for the education, examination, certification, and continuous certification of plastic surgeons as specialists and subspecialists.

Distinguished as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Voci is a proud member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the North Carolina Medical Society, the Lipoplasty Society of North America, the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the North Carolina Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Mecklenburg County Medical Society, the American Medical Association, and was the Founder and First President of the Plastic Surgery Society of Greater Charlotte.
