Get to know Dentist Dr. Farzin Farokhzadeh, who serves patients in New York.

Dr. Farokhzadeh is a knowledgeable, smart, and highly-qualified family, cosmetic, and Invisalign dentist in Yonkers and the Bronx, New York. He practices out of Park Avenue Smiles & 505 Dental Associates.

Patients see him for a variety of reasons, including dental braces consultations, bridges, dental crowns, fillings, and dentures. He is attentive, gentle and always provides his patients with a great, pleasant, and comfortable experience. During his consultations, he explains patients’ conditions and helps them choose an appropriate dental treatment plan in order to preserve and improve their oral health for the rest of their lives. He always pays great attention to their wishes, preferences, and concerns.

Educated in the United States, Dr. Farokhzadeh attended the Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and obtained knowledge in functional and cosmetic dentistry.

A member of The Empire Aligners and The American Academy of Clear Aligners, he continually educates his team on the newest dental techniques and approaches. He also takes the time to educate patients on the relationship between oral health and the health of their entire body, so that they can make informed and healthy decisions that will benefit their quality of life.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.  

An internationally recognized dentist and contributor to multiple industry top dentistry citations, Dr. Farokhzadeh was named as one of the Top Family, Cosmetic, and Implant Dentists of America in 2014 and 2017, and was awarded as an Invisalign premier provider in 2017. He was also awarded the 2017 Galler Cup and received the Top Invisalign General Dentists Award in North America.
