Making vision a priority since 2004, Dr. Baroody is the Owner & Operator of Eye Care of Danbury in Newtown, Connecticut. 

Specializing in cataract surgery and treating the spectrum of common medical eye conditions, she is dedicated to treating each patient as an individual. She evaluates and treats children and adults, aiming to maintain eye health.

Having grown up in the Albany, New York area, Dr. Baroody graduated from Siena College in the class of 1995. She then went on to earn her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University at Syracuse in 1999, after which she pursued a residency in ophthalmology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. 

A Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, she is board-certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO). The ABO is an independent, non-profit organization responsible for certifying ophthalmologists in the United States of America.
