Can my husband play cricket again after knee ligament tear surgery?
Hi, He can play cricket again but make sure he does stretching exercises focusing on Quadriceps, hamstring and calf muscles definitely before and also after playing cricket. Also he should be doing regular knee stretching and Quadriceps strengthening exercises, at least 30 mins everyday.. Another recommendation will be to wear knee brace for support while playing cricket. Hope this helps. READ MORE
