After obtaining her medical degree she completed her internship and residency with the Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. Furthering her education she completed her Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship with the Lehigh Valley Hospital. Dr. Paonessa is dual certified in Colon and Rectal Surgery and Surgery.
