He served his internship at St. Nicholas Hospital – LFZ Ibeju Lekki in Nigeria (1994) prior to completing his residencies in obstetrics and gynecology at Warrington General Hospital in England (2000) and Good Samaritan Hospital in the United States (2004).
Passionate about his profession, the doctor is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology (2006) by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). The mission of the ABOG is to define standards, certify obstetricians and gynecologists, and facilitate continuous learning to advance knowledge, practice, and professionalism in women’s health. Furthermore, the ABOG granted Dr. Ogunleye board certification in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery in 2015.
