  • How can I realign my neck and spine at home?

Hello, we do not recommend trying any spinal manipulations at home. We suggest seeing your chiropractor to properly adjust your neck and back. In our office, after a number of adjustments, we send our patients home with a home traction block to help restore your cervical spine's natural curve. This will help with neck pain, headaches, and much more. We also suggest using a cold pack to help with inflammation. You can learn more on our website and our blog at www.clairpointe.com.
