Having grown up in Indianapolis, Indiana, Dr. Sullivan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in 1999 and her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2003. In 2004, she received her Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certificate, also from the University of Pennsylvania.
From 2004 until 2007, she practiced general dentistry and was a faculty member of Clinical & Restorative Dentistry at the University of Kentucky. She went on to receive her Master’s degree & Certificate of Orthodontics from the University of Kentucky Orthodontic Graduate Program in 2010.
Active in the field of orthodontics, Dr. Sullivan has attended numerous continuing education courses and is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics.
