    Chest pain made worse with exertion or emotional distress and relieved with rest is concerning for angina and should not be ignored. Chest pain accompanied by shortness of breath is worrisome for blood clots in the lungs and very concerning. Pain between the shoulder blades radiating to the front could represent an aortic dissection, a potentially fatal tear in the aorta.
