Dr. Kagan is a practicing pediatrician whose clinical interests include ADHD and learning disorders. He is in practice with Pediatric Specialists – Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters, tending to patients at the offices in Norfolk and Chesapeake, Virginia.

This was followed by a residency in pediatrics at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, and a clinical fellowship in pulmonary medicine and anesthesiology at Harvard Medical School.
Among the doctor’s community involvement and memberships, he is a member of the Medical Society of Virginia, the American Medical Association, the Norfolk Academy of Medicine, and the American Academy of Pediatrics, Virginia Chapter.
