Dr. Annunziata earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from Fordham University and Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry, where he graduated with OKU honors and two specialty fellowships.

Dr. Annunziata is a member of the Bronx County Dental Society.
