it may not be just be from having the C-section, with the menstrual cycle the lower back nerves innervate the uterus and this may be just from having the cycle. the other reason for the back pain maybe muscular skeletal and you may need to just have some adjustment with a chiropractor after having your baby and due the pregnancy and the change in your posture during pregnancy. These are just some of the causes; there can also be prior surgery, which can cause scar tissue that can kink the tube, or some pathology which blocks the tube.
