    I strongly doubt that your diarrhea is due to bronchitis. If you are taking an antibiotic that is a much more likely cause of it and if so you should not take Imodium. What you need to do now is to be evaluated by a physician without delay. You also need to make sure that you stay well hydrated. Usually acute bronchitis in a healthy young patient does not require antibiotics. A diagnosis of Clostridioides difficile causing pseudomembranous colitis must be cinsidered and, if so, the antibiotic discontinued and vancomycin would be indicated.
