About

Dr. Allison N Williams is CEO of Crofton Family Practice in Anne Arundel County.  Established in the late 1960's Crofton Family Practice has been home to many fine physicians over the years. It's longest running owner, Ronald Sroka retired in 2018 and transferred the ownership to Dr Williams. With twenty years of experience including work in both outpatient and inpatient primary care settings, she has been able to  transition the practice into the era of meaningful use and Aledade accountable care participation.  She is well known for excellence in diagnostic skills, dynamic attention to preventative care, and abilities in standard office procedures of traditional family medicine.  Her caring bedside manner continues to make her one of the most sought-after clinicians in the Crofton community and won her the highly-coveted invitation to become an MDVIP-affiliated provider for the year 2025 onwards. She is also a long time resident of Crofton, wife and mother who has dedicated her career to outpatient primary care.   She contiinues the legacy of excellence in care by her mission statement for Crofton Family Practice: "Where Thoughtful Care is Still a Tradition"
