In his professional experience, Dr. Farag also works from all four Manhattan Wellness Group locations: Lexington, Murray Hill, Midtown, and Brooklyn Heights. Specializing in pain management, he uses alternative pain management treatment options to help patients live pain free lives. He is also certified in vein therapy, and is highly experienced in the removal of varicose veins, spider veins, and reticular veins.

With a broad educational background, Dr. Farag received his medical degree from Zagazig University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his first year of residency training at North Shore University Hospital, and then continued his training at Memorial Sloan-Kettering, St. Luke’s Hospital, and Brookdale University Hospital. He concluded his extensive training with a fellowship in pediatric anesthesia at Detroit Medical Center and Wayne State University.

Passionate about his profession, the doctor is board-certified in anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA). As the certifying body for anesthesiologists since 1938, the ABA is committed to partnering with physicians to advance lifelong learning and exceptional patient care.
